Protected Cropping Australia biennial conference

PCA-Logo-with-textThe AIS Greenworks Protected Cropping Australia (PCA) biennial Conference and Trade Show will be held at Jupiters Convention Centre, Gold Coast, Queensland, from 5-8 July 2015. The event will be held in conjunction with the ISHS Symposium ‘ICESC2015: Hydroponics & Aquaponics.

Themed ‘Future Farming’, the conference will consist of plenary sessions over three days, with technical bus tours on the fourth day. Delegates will hear from experts about the latest technical developments, best practice, climate control, crop maintenance and manipulation, cultural practices, disease and pest management strategies, new and niche crops, compliance with regulatory bodies, energy and water efficiency, nutrients and chemicals marketing and much, much more.

Keynote speakers areJulian Cribb (Aust),  Herman Eijkelboom  (The Netherlands), Sjef Smits (Switzerland) and Levi Nupponen (Aust).

The conference includes Awards for Excellence, which recognise outstanding industry achievement and excellence. Awards include: Most Outstanding Contribution, Young Achiever of the Year, Researcher of the Year and Industry Training Award. All winners will be announced at the conference banquet. Ω
