From 1 July 2015, Royal Brinkman will open a branch in Australia. The opening of the 13th foreign Royal Brinkman branch matches the Royal Brinkman’s general international policy ‘Think Global, Act Local’. For more than 25 years, Royal Brinkman have been active on the Australian horticultural market and the last four years with partners Roskam Young Plants (horticultural products) and Faber Greenhouses (turnkey projects). To be able to provide optimal and local service, Royal Brinkman decided to open a branch in the Melbourne area under the name Brinkman Australia Pty Ltd with Job Roskam as general manager.
Besides the products, which are produced by Royal Brinkman, products from different producers from all over the world are available for the Australian growers. The key partner suppliers like Priva, Berg Hortimotive, Hermadix, Empas, Van der Waay, Weterings, and many more, will actively support the activities in Australia.
Over the coming months the product range will be extended and will be made available at the Melbourne warehouse. With the local presence, Brinkman Australia will improve the (technical) service level and attention in a personalised, professional and efficient way. Brinkman Australia will also broaden their cooperation with their current dealers to have active dealerships in each of the states (like Complete Ag and Seed Supplies in Virginia, SA).
With the opening of Brinkman Australia, Royal Brinkman added a new chapter to the 130-year history of international horticultural business. Other Royal Brinkman branches are situated in Germany, Belgium, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Mexico and Turkey. Several other countries are managed from the head office in the Netherlands. Also Brinkman has an active agent and dealer network in more than 20 countries.
